Esoteric Christianity: Sophia
Mary Magdalene, Mary Mother of Yeshua, and the spirit of Sophia
There are many names that can reference our Mother in Heaven, such as Sophia, Asherah, and Isis. Through prayer and research, I have found that Sophia is the most appropriate name to call her. Sophia is the Holy Spirit of the Trinity, our mother who has always been there with God at his side from the beginning. I have referenced her in this post.
Sophia’s spirit came down to Earth as Mary, the mother of God, to bring forth the Messiah. She also used her spirit in Mary Magdalene, who was the bride of Christ and the church that carried on his teachings after he ascended to heaven. In the Gospels of Mary Magdalene, we see how the other disciples were upset by the close relationship between Mary and Yeshua; they even saw them kiss on the lips.
In the Old Testament book of Genesis, we see that Sophia stood beside Yahweh when he created everything, using her spirit to bring forth life, such as the Tree of Life. In the New Testament, we see Mary Magdalene standing beside Yeshua in a similar role, helping him with knowledge and wisdom. However, after Yeshua left the Earth, the early Church Fathers changed the Bible to remove Sophia’s presence. They did this by deeming certain scriptures as “non-canonical” and removing them from the Bible. Their goal was to create a patriarchal religion with a single male God.
For those who have been called by Yahweh to help bring Sophia back into our lives, spirits, and souls, I welcome you to follow the path of light. Find the truth for yourselves and do not rely on religious elitists to tell you what is canonical and what is not. Pray for wisdom, and Sophia will come to you if you are willing to listen.
Thank you for reading, and may all beings be happy!
